
Join Us for our Regional Gathering in Uganda!
C3 Nairobi, we're excited to invite you to a powerful regional conference at C3 Alive Kabalagala, Uganda! From May 27th to 29th, 2025, we'll gather with believers from across the region—Ghana, DRC, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda—for days of impartation, empowerment, encouragement, and fun.

KEY INFORMATION
Dates: May 27th - 29th, 2025
Venue: C3 Alive Kabalagala, Uganda
Conference Fee: KES 2,200/- (Includes lunch and supper for the conference days. Please note that meals on the day of arrival are not included.)

Planning Your Trip
Accomodation
Bed and Breakfast: Approximately KES 20,000/- (This is an estimated minimum. The final amount will be confirmed once we have the exact number of attendees.)
We will assist with booking accommodation; more details will follow.
Transportation
There are two main ways of getting there:
Bus: KES 7,000/- (Two-way)
Personal Vehicle: If you plan to drive, please remember to budget for COMESA insurance at the border crossing. This is approximately KES 4,500/- and is valid for one year.
We will assist with coordinating bus travel.

Prepare for Your Journey
Please ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary travel documents.
We recommend budgeting for additional expenses, such as snacks, personal items, and any extra activities.
More detailed information about the conference program, accommodation options, and transportation arrangements will be shared as we get closer to the date.
Please note that the KES 20,000 accomodation is a minimum estimation. It is possible the cost will be higher.
We will create a WhatsApp group to help with coordination.
CURRENCY
The local currency in Uganda is the Ugandan Shilling (UGX). It's advisable to exchange some Kenyan Shillings (KES) for UGX upon arrival. You can find currency exchange services at banks, at the airport, at the border (not recommended) or in Kampala.

WEATHER
May in Uganda typically features warm and humid weather. Expect daytime temperatures ranging from 20°C to 28°C (68°F to 82°F) and occasional rainfall.
We recommend packing light, comfortable clothing and a light rain jacket or umbrella.
HEALTH
A Yellow Fever vaccination is mandatory for travel to Uganda. Please ensure you are vaccinated and have your certificate. You can obtain the vaccine at various clinics in Nairobi, including at JKIA, Mbagathi and KNH.

SAFETY
Uganda is generally a safe country, but it's always wise to take precautions. Keep your valuables secure and be aware of your surroundings.
